Quality Guarantee

Your Capricorn™ Premium PTFE Bowden tube is guaranteed to be the absolute highest quality PTFE tube on the market today. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your Capricorn Bowden Tube, you may return it to us for a refund or replacement. If the tubing is defective in some way, such as having kinks or cuts in it, please let us know and we will happily send you a replacement free of charge.

Please Note: If you bought your tubing from somewhere other than our site and have an issue with it, you will need to return it to the place where you purchased it from. For example, if you bought it on Amazon, you will need to return it to Amazon.

Our tubing is sold by the meter (39.37 inches.) When possible, we try to always give you a continuous piece, so if you order 10 meters for example, we will try to give you one 10 meter long piece rather than 10 one-meter pieces. But please note that this will not be guaranteed unless you contact us ahead of time.
