Fulfillment Times

We attempt to fulfill each order as fast as possible. Orders received Monday through Friday are shipped either same day or the following morning. Orders received after noon on Saturday will be shipped on Monday morning.

You should receive an automated email when your order is placed, and another with a tracking number when it ships. If you don't see it, please check your spam/junk folders.

If you don't find the email in your spam folder, you can check the status of your order by logging into our shop with the account that was created during checkout. Navigate to 'Your Account' then go the 'Orders' tab. There you will be able to see the status of your orders.

If all else fails, you can email us at support@captubes.com, and we can look up your tracking number or any other information you might need.

Shipping Methods

Domestic orders are shipped FREE via USPS First Class Parcel, which arrives within 2-3 days after shipping. We are located in the Midwest, which gives us the advantage of being able to ship to either coast in a short timeframe.

Orders outside the US have a variety of shipping options available with different timelines and pricing. Our system automatically calculates costs in real time based on your postal code.

Tracking

When we ship your order, you will receive an automated email with the tracking number which you can use to track the status of your items at usps.com.

Missing Items

If your order fails to arrive, or arrives with a missing or damaged item, please notify us and we will replace the missing items. (With the exception of most international USPS shipments. See below)

Tax and Duty

We are an Indiana company, and as such we must charge sales tax for residents in the state of Indiana.

USPS International Shipping Policy

In early 2020, as the world was locking down due to the pandemic, we were forced to disable international United States Postal Service (USPS) shipments. At that time, shipments were taking upwards of 60 days and only about 75% of them ever actually arrived. This resulted in many complaints and our costs to skyrocket from replacing orders.

USPS is by far the least expensive way to ship internationally, but it is slow and no tracking information is available once the package arrives in the destination country.

Until now, the only remaining options have been FedEx and DHL. These options both provide full end-to-end tracking and arrive in a matter of a few days. Unfortunately, they cost around 10 times the cost of USPS shipping, and this is a dealbreaker for many customers.

As of January 2022, we have a number of customers requesting the USPS shipping option, so we have decided to re-enable it. HOWEVER there is a significant caveat: We cannot garantee when, or if, the package will arrive. And in most cases we will not be able to replace a package if it fails to arrive.

We do believe that the problems at USPS have been mitigated, and most packages should arrive just fine. However, you must be patient. Packages can still take up to 21 days. Once the package arrives in the destination country, it will be delivered by that country's local postal service. Some countries are more reliable than others. And there is still no tracking once the package arrives in most destination countries.

You MUST make sure your address is entered correctly and a phone number is essential to make sure the local shipper can contact you in the event of any incident.

ANOTHER OPTION for you, is to use a shipping forwarder. These services will charge a small fee to provide you with a domestic US shipping address that we can ship to for free. The forwarder will then ship it the rest of the way to your destination. We cannot endorse any specific forwarder, but the cost will generally be less than if we ship to you with DHL or FedEx, while being more reliable than international USPS shipping.
