We attempt to fulfill each order as fast as possible. Most orders received Monday through Friday are shipped the following morning. Orders received after 6 PM EST Saturday are shipped the following Monday.
You should receive an automated email when your order is placed, and another with a tracking number when it ships. If you don't see it, please check your spam/junk folders.
If you don't find the email in your spam folder, you can check the status of your order by logging into our shop with the account that was created during checkout. Navigate to 'Your Account' then go the 'Orders' tab. There you will be able to see the status of your orders.
If all else fails, you can email us at email@example.com. Please note that due to high volume it may take us a day or two to reply.
Domestic orders are shipped FREE via USPS First Class Parcel, which arrives within 2-3 days after shipping. We are located in the Midwest, which gives us the advantage of being able to ship all the way to either coast in a very short timeframe.
Orders outside the US have a variety of shipping options available with different timelines and pricing. Our system automatically calculates costs in real time based on your zip code. If the prices you are being quoted are outrageous, please contact us and we will see what we can do to make other arrangements.
Upon shipping an order, we enter the tracking information into our system within minutes to hours. You will receive an automatic email with the tracking number which you can use to track your items during shipment.
If your order fails to arrive, or arrives with a missing or damaged item, please notify us as quickly as possible. We will replace the missing items right away.
Tax and Duty
We are an Indiana company, and as such we must charge sales tax for residents in the state of Indiana.
October 2018 Update - we recently learned that new legislation has been passed which will force us to charge tax on customers from all states, not just IN. Expect this to go into effect soon.
